In my book cocktails are never an option.

That ish is required. 

But I totally get that some people might just want a fruity beverage free of any liquids that may magically transform them into an uber friendly dancing machine.

Today, we’re talking about savoring just uno cocktail though.

So you have no worries, really.

No need to be friendly or dance.

That stuff is overrated anyway.

Just kidding, I love to dance… with or without a beverage in hand.

The whole being friendly part can be put on hold though.

All you need in life is a tropical cocktail.

And this cocktail is filled with real fruit, so yeah you can call it “healthy”.

If coconut rum doesn’t sound completely delicious to you at 6:57 in the morning, whip up the smoothie version of this easy recipe instead.

Simply blend together frozen sweet mango pieces, citrusy orange juice and refreshing coconut water.

If coconut rum does sound completely delicious to you at 6:57 in the morning (or anytime), make yourself a cocktail please.

Just swap in coconut rum for the coconut water!

P.S. If you’re feeling extra fancy, top your beverage off with toasted coconut flakes.

P.P.S. Some fresh lime juice wouldn’t be a bad idea.
