If you haven’t already tried avocado + toast, now is the time.

No more procrastinating.

I’ve mentioned this genius combo before, but finally I’m giving you a real recipe that is beyond exciting.

Your taste buds are in for a treat.

Since I’m lazy, avocado toast usually consists of just avocado and toast.

Surprise.

Despite its simplicity, I could inhale this snack every single day and be content for the rest of eternity.

But, there is soooo much more you can do with this nearly blank canvas.

Sweet and salty combos are my jam, so I had to throw some mango and sea salt into the mix.

Salt takes avocados and mangoes to the next level.

Or up 87 notches, really.

The flavors pop like crazy! And as a result, your toast will be devoured in no more than 4 bites.

Just don’t forget to actually chew before swallowing.

Oh, and try to enjoy your toast too.

By now I’m sure you’re chomping at the bit to get your own toast fix.

All you have to do is…

Spread a thin layer of tropical coconut oil on your perfectly toasted whole grain bread before smothering it all in creamy avocado and juicy, sweet mango slices. Lightly squeeze a fresh lime over your masterpiece before adding the icing to the cake… sea salt.

P.S. I usually avoid adding extra salt to my food, but it’s kind of necessary in this case.

P.P.S. Plan on making two (or three) toasts. One is never enough.
