Do you want to know the real secret to making vegetables taste like rainbows and unicorns?

Not that they don’t taste magical already… because they do.

But if you want to take the whole flavor aspect up a notch, try smothering your veggies in a roasted garlic sauce.

Bam!

Veggie haters won’t be hating any more.

Just do yourself a favor and pop a mint or two after chowing down on this garlicky goodness.

Unless your objective is to scare a potential suitor away.

Or an annoying neighbor.

Or anyone who you just don’t feel like talking to ever again.

But if you do want to make new friends quick, plop a bowl of this stuff in front of their faces and encourage them to dive in.

Really.

The sauce itself is comprised of roasted garlic, dried thyme and red wine vinegar.

So simple!

Pour it all over tender roasted yams and kale, throw some sweet caramelized onions in there, and you’re all set!

P.S. The original recipe is from PCC. I just switched the ingredient amounts up a bit to, you know, make everything more garlicky and great.
